ABOUT THE ROLE
Job purpose:
We are looking to strengthen our HR team with the addition of a talented HR Assistant, to support the HR Business Partners, in all operational activities. This fast paced role will offer you the opportunity to develop your skills across a range of HR related disciplines and act as a great first step to a rewarding career with Marshall ADG. Whilst this role would be suited to a Business or HR graduate, applications from candidates with other research-based experience or qualifications will be very welcome. 

Key Tasks:
Main duties will include:
• Acting as a ‘touch point’ to provide advice and support to employees, in conjunction with the HR Advisor, on a number of HR related topics, most of which will be sensitive and confidential in nature.
•Providing project-based support to the wider HRBP team including independent research and development of processes and procedures.
•Recording and processing records and information for HR activities such as Disciplinary meetings and Grievances in addition to other ad-hoc meetings.

ABOUT YOU
This is a great opportunity for someone to gain exposure and responsibility, and to grow and develop within our busy HR function. For this reason you will need to be a proactive self-starter, with strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.   This role will require both team-working and independent work and will suit someone results driven and tenacious.  An understanding of the importance of sensitivity and confidentiality will also be of the utmost importance, together with a confident and collaborative approach. 
Strong Microsoft office skills, a keen eye for detail and excellent organisation and prioritisation skills will also be advantageous, as would previous admin experience.
