We are looking to strengthen our talented HR team with the addition of an HRBP Assistant, to support the HR Business Partners, in operational activities. This is a fast paced role and will offer a great 

opportunity to understand how HR supports business performance.

Main duties will include:
•In conjunction with the HR Advisor, providing advice and support on Employment matters
•Providing record keeping support in HR activities such as Disciplinaries and Grievances in addition to other ad-hoc meetings
•Provide project support to the HRBP team.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate that they are proactive and a team-player. Possessing an understanding of the importance of sensitivity and confidentiality, and a keen eye for detail, they will have a confident and collaborative approach; Strong Microsoft office skills, excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, will also be advantageous, as would previous HR admin experience. 

This is a great opportunity for someone to gain exposure and responsibility, and would be a great opportunity for an HR or Business Graduate.
