ABOUT THE ROLE: The ideal candidate for this role will have a balance of Personal Assistant skills (shorthand, Microsoft skills) as well as being able to follow up on behalf of the Directors. Previous experience of working as a PA/EA supporting Directors and their teams would be essential. In addition, you would need to have excellent organisational, time management and multi tasking skills with an exceptional level of attention to detail. Experience of organising events, demonstrating the ability to meet strict deadlines as well as supporting others to do the same will be key. The ideal candidate will remain calm under pressure, and be able to adapt to change quickly and effectively along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The confidence to liaise at all levels and act as a key interface will be a prerequisite, as will being a good team player, as they will need to support other PA/EAs. IT skills must include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Key Tasks: •Collect and Deliver Reports for Holding Board Pack •Create PowerPoint Presentations for Directors •Event organization Liaison •Meets and greet Visitors for the commercial Director and VP strategy and Business Development •Organise Travel arrangement hotel Accommodation •Organise Meetings •Preparations and Distribution of MA Exec and Board Packs •Provide Assistance to the Commercial Director and VP Strategy and Business development ABOUT THE REWARDS Marshall ADG offers employees an attractive reward package.
