Job Purpose:

To support month end reporting processes, provide regular working capital and cash flow forecasts and to provide accurate and timely financial analysis to the wider business.

Key Tasks:

•	Support month end processes (eg. pack preparation, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, payroll journals, accruals, prepayments, petty cash, goods received – not invoiced).
•	Control of engineering costs and head office recharges.
•	Weekly cash flow forecasting.
•	Credit card statements.
•	Order capture and backlog reporting.
•	Management of Capex process.
•	Development of forecast and budget models.
•	Ad-hoc financial analysis (eg. monthly variances).
•	Support and cover for the Financial Controller and other team members, as required.


Manufacturing experience essential.

Key Skills/Competencies:

Excellent technical accounting and Excel skills.  Also, good system knowledge.


Part-qualified accountant.
